Description
Abstract: Outdoor environments that are usable in bare ground conditions are not necessarily usable in snow/ice covered conditions (Wennberg et al., 2009). Accessibility for the general public and people with disabilities in a year-round perspective needs to be further examined and a guideline for promoting universal winter accessibilities needs to be established.
